Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order around 7:00 PM and the app showed it was ready and that the driver had left at 7:18. At 8:02 PM, the driver called asking me to come downstairs. When my son went down, he was told the driver had forgotten the order and would have to go back to the store. I called the driver to confirm, and unfortunately, that was true. After waiting over an hour with no food, I called the store and was told they would remake the order and send it out. I called a
Do not tip the drivers for delivery. I placed my order for 10pm. they completed my order but never delivered. The ladies that work there have a nasty attitude. The driver continuously would bring my order to the wrong address. They yelled at me like it’s my fault and kept me on hold for 30+ minutes. They are huge liars and would not recommend. Very upsetting, unprofessional, and disappointing. They would continue to hang up on me and kept this up till they closed.
Rude disrespectful drivers and whoever the manager was in charge tonight 5/16/26 you were being recorded and this is going straight to corporate. My husband waited outside, clearly your driver was at wrong location after waiting for over an hour! I tried calling your driver he YELLED AT ME “just come downstairs in five minutes I’m leaving.” Hire people who KNOW HOW TO READ NEXT TIME and that have actual manners.
