Taco Bell's "Flaming Hot" mystery box isn't flaming hot; it's more mellow the burrito does have a kick of spice nore mellow but still tastes okay. When I asked about the heat level, the cashier said that's like asking how hot Buffalo wings are—excuse me, you didn't deliver the heat! Just because it says "flaming hot" doesn't mean it was & it wasnt . The workers were older, but they moved fast. It was a busy place there had been wait time , But lady on the counter was Helpful , got my Order on time , she served me well , facility was lit messy , staff was good , food wise fair freshness , got what I wanted Thank you for serving me
I ordered a 12pcs meal and only received 9 pieces and 3 biscuits instead of 4 plus my sides. I tried calling but apparently they keep their phone off the hook. Not to mention the very fainted printed receipt so I had to take the loss. They need to do better.
