Hi, this is one of the few five-star reviews. I know people often leave bad reviews because of the delivery, but I opted for In-Store Pickup and was very happy with it. I’d like to say a big thank you to Mohammed, who made two amazing pizzas. I’d say the management needs to look into the issue with the delivery drivers because the pizza here is excellent.
Gave instructions in the comments box as I’m sixth floor (elevator) Tipped in app. Delivery 35 minutes. Driver called and would not use elevator citing they’re not allowed. Called management (I have a baby and the whole point of delivery was not to have to leave the apartment food). Nasret (manager) coils not confirm this policy on the Dominoes website. I placed an order from 328 Myrtle ave and had the worse experience of my life I have been a dominos member for quite awhile now and I’m applauded. The delivery guy wanted me to leave my building and go across the street to get my pizza.
