Terrible. Unprofessional. I placed an order for delivery at 5:58. Confirmation stated delivery would happen between 6:45 and 7:02. Nothing received. Called at 7:30 and they stated the driver had been to my house and called while outside. I had no missed calls and the camera at my house shows no one came. After calling and they stated that they'll be back in 20 mins, no one ever came back. He lied and stated that they came again. Again, I have a camera outside my home revealing no one ever came.
I ordered two large pizzas, ensuring they were free from bacon, pepperoni, and any other related ingredients to pork. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had inadvertently added them. When I called to inquire about the oversight, they abruptly hung up on me!!!
The most horrible place , when they multiple times canceled my cash for delivery , I did it earlier this time and they didn’t even sliced the pizza .. and their customer service is most horrible I have ever , even I’ll take a trip to McDonald’s rather than this dump
