Very disappointing experience. I placed an order, waited for my food, and then received an email saying it had been canceled. No one from the store called to explain what happened or offer an alternative. As a loyal Domino’s customer, I expected much better communication and customer service. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. Unfortunately, this location fell far short of expectations.
Picked up my order today — everything was great! Hossain was super quick and professional, got everything ready fast. Overall, awesome experience: fast, clean, and smooth. Thanks, Domino’s! 🍕✨
What's funny is this was supposed to be a make up for a previously botched order. They claim to have called me but I did not receive the call when they arrived. The food went back to the store but they claimed to have delivered. When I called the store they sent the food back but the lava cakes were completely destroyed. It feels intentional and I do not trust this store anymore. Never again!
