Stopped by Doughnut Plant while walking around Grand Central Station in NYC for a quick dessert break, and it definitely did not disappoint. This spot is one of the more well-known doughnut shops in the city, and after trying it, it’s easy to see why. We ordered the Hazelnut doughnut and the Pistachio doughnut, and both were excellent. Very tasty and delicious fresh donuts. Staff was friendly, attentive and handled the line traffic well. It can easily get overwhelming in such a busy and popular public transportation space but they do an excellent job maintaining their delightful little shop. Always a special treat to pick up a unique donut on the way home. 🍩 ✨
I LOVE the vegan donuts here. Oftetimes, dairy free/ vegan donut glaze has a weird aftertaste, but these didn’t. The pistachio is my new favourite flavour O.A.T. by far. It doesn’t taste artificial and contains plentiful chopped pistachios. The staff was very knowledgeable on each flavour. I hate to admit it, but I have eaten 4.5 of these in one day before.
