I recently just came there and the food was good but one of my stew chicken pieces were a little warm everything else was hot. The rice and peas were good and you get a good portion of food. The atmosphere was laid back, the music was playing all the time and the service was on point. I would try another dish from this establishment.
Bought some stew chicken and if I wasn’t so far after opening the container I would have brought it right back !!! Chicken wasn’t clean properly skin still on chicken the skin still have feathers in it just look nasty 🤮 couldn’t eat it look like dog food !!
I've tried and tried with Dougie's but the inconsistencies have gotten so out of hand, it should be illegal. I don't know if the cooks are being switched out too often, if the business is overwhelmed with orders and is cutting corners out of laziness or what, but patrons beware.
