It was cloudy Tuesday Morning on July on 4th. I was doing laundry with my family and we decide hey why not some Dunk-in for my family. Today is our day off to celebrate and what not better to start off the morning at Dunk-in. We walk there and we’re excited to finally get breakfast for the day. We ordered our favorite bagels and coffees. The moment I opened my bagel, it had come to my attention that it was not a fresh bagel. They had put the thinnest layer of cream cheese on my bagel. THERE WAS SOME SORT OF HAIR/DUST BUNNY IN MY DRINK TODAY! PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS! & the worst part is I didn’t notice it until the very end! I finished the drink and with 2 sips left I said “what is this ???” Disgusting. I’m never eating or drinking Dunkin again. Never this location ever again. The ladies are nice there, I don’t think there was malicious intent, im just saying. I’m assuming the ice isn’t clean, the cup isn’t clean, hair got in there, something went unnoticed. & I am unwell.
I purchased hot chocolate and it tasted like mud water . Dirty and filthy that location . Beware . They don’t use gloves .
