Went in to get a regular coffee and was humiliated . I accidentally threw my receipt In the trash , waited over 10 minutes for my coffee and never got one. When I went back to the register the cashier said she never took my order, I explained to her I threw the receipt in the trash. She told me to get it out the garbage in front of everyone as the staff laughed behind the counter. I got the receipt and she told me that wasn’t my order and told me to get out the store. I asked her to let me speak
This is literally the slowest Dunkin ever. Why am I waiting over 10 minutes for a coffee I didn’t even order? 😭 And prioritizing people who just walked in over people that have been standing here waiting longer is not okay. This is my THIRD time here and every single time the service is painfully slow. It’s ridiculous.
By far the worst Dunkin on earth! Avoid by all means! Management is horrible, staff horrible, employees in la la land. Argued with the manager due to him trying to give me a small drink when I paid for a large. Even when I showed him the app, he argued that I made a mistake…I showed others that were in store, they all agreed to the obvious that I was correct. Eventually after 20 minutes of arguing, he noticed he was incorrect and failed to apologize…save yourself the headache and shop elsewhe
