Very nice store, quiet, clean, fast service and the most important thing is super tasty, my friend order my coffee when I was coming out of the train and when I get it was ready, the employees were smiling and polite
The bagel sandwich was really good and the coffee was excellent as expected. Good combo deals with the potato tots. Prices good for Manhattan. ONE PROBLEM: Young dudes hanging out for hours crowding up the front area with the the bars and stools. Some sleeping and obviously not eating/drinking; just loitering and taking up space. Saw families with kids choose to stand and eat instead of asking them to leave.
Awesome Dunkin’! They have the new coffee on tap here and their donuts were fresh. Coffee tastes amazing too. The woman who took our order was very nice and smiled. The employees work efficiently and make sure to get your order out quickly. I will definitely be coming back here during my visit in NYC.
