Worst service ever!!! I placed an order through the app for pickup and sent my nephew to get it. He was immediately judged because he was wearing a ski mask. He gave the name on the order (50 assorted Munchkins), and the employee handed him a small bag with only 5–6 in it. I sent him back to correct the mistake, and the same employee gave him a hard time before giving him anything. He came back with a box of only 25 Munchkins — still not what I paid for. Whoever rated it more than a 1 is lying or a part of the franchise. Consistently getting orders wrong, unorganized and long wait times even when you order through the app. They have orders and tickets facing them so as the customer we don't know which order is our own and they don't have a system to hand out food so it forces you to touch others food to turn it around and see the names.
