I order the same thing every morning. 6$ meal deal sub the American cheese for white cheddar a hot coffee and hashbrowns with a tea on the side. Since they’ve hired the new staff at this location, I have gotten coffee instead of tea multiple times with the tea label on the cup. I have not gotten the correct cheese, even though it’s specified on both my order and the bag that it comes in. This store is always having issues because they have kids working there and the owner doesn’t seem to care about the poor quality they provide, the coffee is always made wrong paying almost $5.00 for a macchiato that they can’t seem to do right…you have 6 workers (kids employers) just playing around behind the counter and the manager ignoring what they’re doing, the coffee lids don’t stay on the cups as if they order the wrong lids for there cups and don’t care that the coffee burned my hand. Unprofessional and filthy. Won't allow customers to use the bathroom. Doofy employees messing around and distracted. Playing nonsense loud off their phones and giggling while I wait for my awful cappuccino.
