I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Oreo milkshake I purchased. The shake tasted strange from the beginning, and both my friend and I developed stomach pain after drinking it. Hours later, the remaining milkshake had separated and was filled with numerous white curdled-looking chunks and lumps, which is completely unacceptable for a dairy-based drink. This is by far my favorite Dunkin’ location. The manager and staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greet me with a smile every morning and always have my online order ready to go. The team works hard, keeps the store running smoothly, and creates a positive atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Thank you for making my mornings so much better!
Terrible experience and dishonest staff. I ordered a coffee with protein milk, but I was given almond milk instead. When I pointed this out and asked about the price difference, the staff flat-out lied and said they cost the same, even though protein milk is clearly more expensive. Not only was my order wrong, but the lack of honesty is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location.
