To the Management Team, I am writing to share my disappointment regarding two recent experiences at your location. As a regular customer who uses the mobile app for convenience, the service I have received lately has been unacceptable. On April 26, I placed an app order only to find the latte machine was down upon arrival. I waited for 30 minutes without being offered an alternative or an update by the staff. When I finally received my drink, it was made with almond milk instead of the oat milk
The night guy has a rude attitude. I was waiting to order but he kept on restocking and cleaning in the back. He saw me waiting to order but didnt even acknowledge i was there until i had to shout out to him that i want to order
Today is Monday march 25/2024 and time is 2:58:22 am. The guy that works at this location on 10th ave between 36 and 37 st manhattan at this time is always on his phone watching something and when you talk to him he hardly answers you and when you try to hand him money he never take it from your hand he tells you to put it on the counter and never hand you back the change he puts it the counter. Worst service!
