The workers here are incredibly rude, and I’m honestly frustrated because I went out of my way to stay respectful the entire time. I had an issue with the Dunkin app charging me six times for the same order, and I calmly tried to explain the situation to the staff. Instead of listening, they immediately dismissed me and told me to “just call customer service” or “talk to the manager.” When I asked for the manager, she refused to even come speak to me and had someone else tell me, again, to call
That was my 2nd or 3rd visit and I'm pretty satisfied with their service and quality. Most of the time I ordered through their app and they made my order correctly. The coffee was pretty good. They have a decent seating area. If you're around the location and want some snacks & relax - this is the place you may try. Take care 🙏
The quality of the items is inconsistent. The donuts can be stale at times. What really concerned me was they gave us someone else's drink in the cup holder. We got to the car before we realized it and returned it. Instead of dumping it out and remaking it, they left it there for person to get. If we were crazy, we could've tampered with that drink in that tiny time of leaving and coming back in.. They didn't know that we hadn't! I wouldn't pick up an item from here.
