Bad customer service, long line and wait time. They only have one person every single Morning doing everything. How can you only have one person working during morning Rush breakfast time?
Placed an order and when I arrived, not a single person on site. Orders were going in and they were still closed at almost 9am.
This is literally a go-to when heading to work. However, the service and atmosphere will deplete you before leaving out. There’s no customer service at all. Not a Hi, GM, etc. drinks and food build up on screens while lines form to the door. You can tell there is no preparation in the morning. Store just opens. They gather sales while still trying to properly open and service. Very unprofessional. Needs better training. Needs to be taught correct food handlers training, shelf life such as FIFO!
