Not a good store. Unsanitary food. Bad customer service and they simply do not care. Old stale and inedible food. Dunkin Headquarters should know about places like this, who no longer serve a purpose in the community they are in.
Although I did come in while the place was empty, the manager was lovely and welcoming. He had my order ready within 5 minutes of having placed it on the app, and was nothing but kind while handing me my order. I believe I was the first customer as well, since he not only thanked me but gave me something extra along with my order. I hope that the clientele goes up for this location soon.
This Dunkin is terrible. Never have I had an experience where I got what I ordered. The coffee always tastes like dirt and the customer service is extremely lackluster. I dont understand why they constantly ask customers wanting the $6 meal dealer if they would like a croissant. It's never "croissant or bagel". I asked specifically for a bagel.
