Gets the job done. Regrettably no drip-bags available so that I can dose mocha throughout the day. Staff understands English, so that is a plus. Bagels are very good!
Easily the best Dunkin crew out there - I've been to several Dunkins in the city but these guys at 57th and 2nd actually make me want to visit this location. They remembered me almost instantly and always seem warm, even when they're busy. Seeing their interactions with other customers, it's clear others feel the same way. And how lucky I am they're the closest to home! Great donuts, though I wish they would bring back the last meal deal ($6 for breakfast sandwich, coffee, hashbrowns) as wraps
This place is absolutely disgusting. I’m honestly shocked by what I just witnessed. I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich — something that should take 2 minutes. My coffee came right away, but what was happening in the kitchen was a complete disaster. One of the workers dropped a label on the floor, touched the FLOOR with her gloves, and then continued making sandwiches — touching the cheese and food with the SAME dirty gloves.
