They have roaches. NEVERRRR COMING TO THIS DUNKIN AGAIN! It’s so dirty and disgusting here!!! I saw a roach while I was waiting for my coffee. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in years. Every time I come here the trash is literally overflowing. It’s a shame because the people that work at this location are actually really nice.
This place is nasty as hell. It smelled so bad and they somehow messed up my simple order. Never come here, go to the one that is a few minutes away in Livingston st it’s way better. I genuinely can’t imagine what would make a coffee shop smell like that it’s disgusting. My iced latte with an extra shot somehow ended up being a light beige color like they forgot to add coffee in there. I've given this Dunkin multiple chances to get there act together and they continue to fail. Never making the coffee correct and never have the items in placed my order. Either its the wrong cheese or they "still waiting for shipment" for blueberry muffins or donuts. They need retraining and to work more efficiently.
