I have been a regular customer at this Dunkin for months now and had two bad experiences with one particular worker. The first time I ordered my usual which is an Americano. He told me the espresso machine was broken. I can’t prove it but I think that was a lie. My second experience only confirmed that the previous one was a lie. I come in half an hour before they close and try to order and he tells me that I can’t because he’s cleaning and closing. Then he hands me a free muffin as he proceeds
I ordered a hot cappuccino from this location and it was trash! It didn’t even taste like a cappuccino. I would never recommend anyone to this location and I would never visit again!
I don’t understand these people just changing everything to their way ! Not the American use to have business and food quality and quantities, and service , prices going up and quality of the food going down no good , and service is no good at all only asked for the butter on sandwich when I saw the guy did not put any butter on the sandwich, he said extra for the butter I was just not ready for this and did Not like it at all !!!
