Customer service sucks, and it’s not my first time there either I placed my order ( medium hot latte with oat milk) at 6:53am this morning 10/17/25, that Asian man took my order at the register he didn’t give me the receipt, I should’ve asked for my receipt anytime I ordered and he didn’t place in my order and I $5.43 from my debit chase card, I was the waiting for more than 15 minutes and it’s wasn’t even crowded, one of the female staff that was giving out the orders she was the one who helped
Disgusting. I ordered $64 worth of things for an event and was given the most stale doughnuts. When I asked for a fresh batch they said “this is all that’s here. They’re stale because they’re from the morning”. I continued to try to look for a resolution by asking if it’s possible they have a sellable option or at least one that’s edible and not hard and crunchy.. he proceeded to say no and was extremely rude. Never coming here again!
Not only did the employee go out of his way to brew me some fresh coffee, but he also recommended me the best tasting doughnut I have ever had. Great customer service and clean establishment. 10/10.
