I arrived at this place to buy some drinks and I had to stand in line and when it was my turn the boy dedicated himself to dispatching the other people, and we waited about +20 minutes and he did not attend us and there were like 3 people who left (including me) because he did not attend to us and we had been a long time
Poor service,,, He served 2 customer within 30 mints … i am so disappointed . Even He see customers waiting in a long line and he work so slow … please improve customer service time thanks
I have mixed feelings about this location. Yeah it's Dunkin Donuts and it's gonna be mid but despite the lukewarm breakfast I had, it's still slightly better than the one a mile West from this spot. The service for starters is better for sure. When I order on the app, my order is already ready by the time I get there. 5 minutes is all that's needed for them to get it done as opposed to the one in South Ozone Park in which some instances don't even get my order started until I get there.
