So disgusted with this location the guy in the picture was making Ice coffee the whip cream fell on the FLOOR he proceeded to pick it up with his bare hands and put it BACK on the top of the ice coffee. If I could give 0 stores I would. This Dunkin is filled with incompetent and very lazy workers and they don't make good drinks. How do you fail to make good coffee at a coffee shop? the same type of people keep owning the local Dunkin's in this neighborhood and they only hire they're own people and they're very bad at running the stores and making simple drinks. They’re consistent with good energy with the staff and makes a mean oat milk latte. I tried something new for my free drinks ( use the Dunkin’ app to collect points for freebies) I decided on the Butter Pecan latte *picture* and it was phenomenal! Even with the change to oat milk was delicious! He made my drink with the right amount of syrup, milk to coffee ratio. It was just delightful! I was very pleased. Found a new drink to enjoy when I come in.
