I went to this Dunkin today & I placed order online 1 medium iced coffee & 1 hashbrown. I requested the worker there to put extra extra ice on my coffee. But when they gave my coffee it was watery I’ve attached pictures here the man who is down he made my coffee I then said it does look like there extra ice I then said if you don’t mind can you please put the same coffee on a large cup with extra ice I don’t need extra coffee he said you have to pay $2.50 for the cup I goes why? This is too much
Stopped here bright and early on my way to work. Was excited to see that the muffins I'd ordered were fresh and warm. Pulled them apart, however, to find that they were disgustingly undercooked. I've received cold egg wake-up wraps from this location, too, and stale donuts on other occasions. Totally unbelievable. Where is the quality control? I've never had this problem at other Dunkin locations, so it must be poor management or training. This location needs better oversight. I won't be coming
