Horrible location. Always slow and they consistently mess up orders. Waited forever watching the guy making the sandwiches have to remake multiple orders, then was handed a bag with the correct order on the ticket but a completely different sandwich inside.
Had such a horrible experience with one of the workers. I stood in line waiting for him to take my order while he stood there looking at me as if I was invisible. When he finally took my order, and giving back my change he literally dropped it and all the coins scattered on the counter because apparently he didn't want to took my order. Such a very nasty person.
There seems to be a pretty big language barrier at times, and my order is frequently made incorrectly. I don’t think it comes from bad intentions at all, but I do think additional training and clearer communication could help both the employees and customers avoid confusion and frustration.
