I dont review DD’s usually but the guy who was working this morning was awesome. Funny and kind and I had my coffee in less than a minute. Not sure if he was the owner but he was personable and double checked to make sure my order was right - I should have asked his name!
The donuts are super soft and delicious! Would come again, however, the customer service is quite terrible and they are difficult to comphrehend. They are quite snappy with their service. The donuts for their price are large, delicious and worth it! They must be the best donuts I’ve had in my life. Apart from the horrible behind-the-counter staff, I would love to eat another.
Poor experience and concerning hygiene. This location is extremely small and overcrowded, making it difficult to even stand and place an order. Customers and employees were packed into a corner, with people coughing and sneezing — including staff. I also observed employees touching their faces and noses, then handling cup lids, money, and food without gloves or handwashing. That alone made me uncomfortable enough to ask for a refund.
