Edit: I’m never coming back here. THEY DONT WANT BUSINESS. The gentlemen pictured is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. This is easily one of the worst Dunkin shops I've been to. The drinks are overly sweet, orders are constantly wrong or forgotten, mobile orders are rarely followed , and every problem gets blamed on short staffing. One bad experience is understandable...when it's every visit, they need to rebrand
This is my second time dealing with this kind of issue at this Dunkin’ location. I placed an online order around 6:15–6:25 PM and went in person to pick it up at 6:48 PM, only to be told they were already closed and couldn’t make my order. If you’re not going to fulfill online orders close to closing time, then the app shouldn’t allow them to go through in the first place.
