I am a rare customer of Dunkin Donuts, first time for the last two years, but I tried a delicious cinnabon roll a while before which was fantastic so I decided to have another one in this place. Cinnabon roll in this location was nothing in comparison to what I tried before. Either it was not fresh or the cashier overheated it in the oven but it was hard, dry and nothing fresh, soft and creamy as it should be. One big disappointment:(
It was refreshing having great customer service, nusrat, thumbs up to you. (Raise her pay) she was amazing. After vacationing here and having not so good customer service this was nice. Food, to die for.
Staff can be hit or miss. You need to be friendly with them first, they won’t say good morning or anything until you do first. Second, their quality of bread is horrible. No quality control on what you served. If the person making your sandwich picks a deformed croissant, they will still serve it, and not discard it.
