This has to be the worst Dunkin on the island. Most of the staff operates like it's their first day on Earth. The manager was kind and promptly corrected everything wrong with my order. The rest of the employees here have the common sense and work ethic of a green skittle. They also keep leaving cleaning products in the food service area, which is a major violation if an inspector were to see that.
I stopped by this location yesterday. This woman wearing a hijab had a very nasty attitude. I was simply trying to place an order and she started yelling at me. I was so disgusted that I just left. How is this woman working there? As I was leaving I witnessed her having a nasty attitude towards other customers. Someone needs to talk to this person. I believe her name was Sonia.
The shaken espresso is not shaken and tastes hours old. The hash browns were just thrown in. I can taste the hate in my food. I slowed down coming here cause the quality was getting poor. This will be my last visit. I work too hard to throw my money away to a location that likes to provide poorly made beverages and food.
