The staff are incompetent. The toilet is always closed. You have to wait 20 minutes to place an order, even though all the staff work very slowly. The staff don't know the menu. They don't know if cappuccino or latte is on the menu. It's awful! To get the toilet opened, you have to ask six times and approach every employee—it's ridiculous! Reconsider your attitude towards customers.
All throughout TERRIBLE. The staff in this McDonalds WILLINGLY IGNORED my breakfast order placed at 10:20 A.M!! I have timestamps for EVERYTHING. Kept telling delivery drivers that “the order was not ready”. Rightfully so they kept canceling. I WAITED 2 HOURS! Because they kept telling the drivers that it was being made. At exactly 12:05 P.M, a kind driver after asking MULTIPLE TIMES, tell me that they said they WILL NOT MAKE IT. Why? - “because we are not serving breakfast anymore” OBVIOUSLY
