Out of all the Dunkin Donuts I’ve visited, this one takes the cake for WORST customer service. Not only did they give me the wrong order due to their negligence, but they also refused to give me the correct or offer me a refund. This was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. Aside from this, it also takes ages just to place an in-person order because they're so short-staffed. Then, on top the wait the employees have the nerve to RUSH customers as they're ordering. This is my favorite location to go to. Its literally down the block from me and Uddin(the guy) and the other short lady that works there are always so nice and ALWAYS make my coffee on point. Whether hot or cold coffee it's always right
