Good Dunkin’ Donuts. The food was fresh and tasty. The only mistake was that they gave me my coffee with sugar even tough I specially asked for no sugar two times. But everything else was on point. The tables are clean and the place in general is ok.
Dunkin’ is one of my favorite coffee spots, but I honestly don’t understand why they keep hiring people with such poor work ethic. The customer service is often disappointing, and some employees come across as lazy and unprofessional.
Came here because I wanted a hot chocolate. And a HOT chocolate is what I got! Much appreciated even though I had to wait for it to cool off. It was cold outside when I visited so... No complaints from me! But beware it could really scald the mouth of a child!
