Interesting experience. Went in the evening, so it wasn’t a busy time period. It did take time to get the order. Our server was friendly enough, and went as fast as he could. It wasn’t that fast though, He seemed to be doing a lot. I didn’t see any other staff members helping him. The food was super hot!!! Had to wait to eat. This is the other Dunkin I visit besides the one on 34th and 8th while I am at work. You get fast, friendly service here and the place is pretty clean. Prices are also reasonable, especially for NYC.
