This Dunkin used to be the better Dunkin on Prospect, but i don't what happened. It's like they hired the people that work on the Dunkin next to the 2 train and get rid of the old people that used to work at this Dunkin. The old group of people that worked at this Dunkin used to make the drinks way better and provided better and faster service. This new group of people are terribly slow, miss orders, make you wait a long time, lack urgency, and on top of all that, fail to make good coffee. How d
