Absolutely the worst service no sense of urgency, inaccurate orders, and overall poor customer service. I placed my order 15 minutes early and it still was not ready when I arrived. Please steer clear of this place it is one of the most difficult and disorganized cafes.
Today I experienced discrimination, I walked in and went to grab my drink that I placed on the mobile app and the female manger told me I needed to wait until my food to be done, I expressed to her I needed to take a pill and she still told me no, I had to wait for my food first. As I waited everyone before me got to receive there drink and food last but I waited dehydrated and a bad headache forming.
Small Dunkin but boy are they efficient! Fast, ready to go and on the move. It’s small in the seating area and gets packed super fast. The seating is VERY LIMITED and if you sit you’ll be surrounded by people. It’s really a grab and go Dunkin. But they’re on top of it. Taking orders mid line and ready for you when it’s time to pay. Really on top of their workflow. Def don’t expect to get cozy but to keep your day moving when you go. Good location, foods are fresh and good turnover. No complaints
