This Dunkin Donuts is usually always very busy being that it's located inside of Port authority on the second floor. I've been here numerous times and the service is friendly enough. My biggest issues are that you're automatically charged a 3% employee benefit tax & depending on who's serving you, you won't get exactly what you asked for meaning if you ask for a macchiato or something with espresso sometimes you might get regular coffee. And they take forever to make those drinks.
Ordered pistachio iced coffee. Got a regular one. Told the employee that it’s not what I ordered, and they ignored it. They do not provide the receipt or build reward. Their store does not appear in the dunkin official site. I know that no one has time to read the review before boarding, but I do hope lowering the rating will warn people if they ever see it.
Poor customer service. Not clean at all. The staff forgot the basic rule that customer is the king. No barcode scanner. Long waiting time. Just good thing is the convenience before you hop to your bus or get out of it.
