I asked for an iced caramel latte. One of the lady hands it to me and it’s purely milk with maybe a splash of espresso, and no caramel syrup. I kindly ask her to make it again with less milk,more espresso, and for them to put the syrup in there. She says okay, remakes it, and slams the drink on the counter. It tasted a little better but still not what I asked for. Very rude and I won’t be back.
The Coffee roll at this location is not the same as other locations.... way to small and isn't the same consistency . why is that?? Service is super slow here sometimes...
I wish they would leave our neighborhood. We deserve so much better. I don't think anyone here has a food certificate. They'll be changing the trash, come to the register to take your order, and try to prep with the same gloves, when they're not touching their face or nose. There is NO consistency in coffee/ food prep. You can taste the mediocre effort put into the food prep. Sometimes the coffee is weak, as if there's a coffee bean shortage across the world.
