It takes them forever to get the food out. Even when it’s not busy. Had to leave because my bus came. If the app says ready in 2-5 mins.. it wouldn’t take 15 mins. Going to contact my bank for a refund
I had a very frustrating experience at the Jamaica Avenue location in Queens, NY (Restaurant #1825) While ordering at the drive-thru speaker, I ordered a large fry and shortly after asked to change it to a medium while I was still adding to my order.
