The worker was calling my order, and I told him I would be there in a second. Then he started yelling my order again, and I reiterated that I would be right there. At that point, the manager said something to me. It look like she was taking his side. There appears to be a significant need for staff training in customer service at this establishment. Thank you DD for this location. I definitely needed one here. The employees were friendly and courteous. I had a delicious bacon, egg and cheese croissant and it was reasonably priced. Prompt service. Overall clean, comfortable seating and well lit. Conveniently located near transportation buses Bx5, Bx6, Bx19 and the Hunts Point train station.
I’m a delivery driver for Uber Eats. This Dunkin made no effort to complete the order with urgency. They clearly moved as slowly as possible just to mess with me and even stopped many times just to have conversations with each other. Really rude
