Whoever this worker is, FIRE THEM! I placed a mobile order at 4:25pm and when walking up to the building at 4:34pm, he was outside staring at the sky. There was no one inside. It was not busy. Following behind me were two men that went to the register to order. My drink wasn’t even made yet, he continued to ignore me and serve the men first. As you can see he’s on the phone talking with a smug look at his face thinking it’s funny. FIRE HIM.
The coffee was decent and there were plenty of seats.
The lady from this location gave me 2 hot chocolates instead of coffee. I placed the order online and my husband told asked if I tried the coffee, "it taste as hot chocolate", I was like no it can't be. When I tasted it for my big surprise taste like chocolate... guys please before start working drink 2 espressos to WAKE UP! ⏰ An update, I came back here and they was telling me they gave me a cappuccino, I was very surprised she doesn't know how to make a cappuccino, I used to buy from here ve
