I enjoyed my experience at Dunkin Donuts on 7th Ave in Brooklyn! My latte was made perfectly to my liking, and the hash browns were cooked just right. The setup is nice, but I do wish they had higher counters or s better safety counter door for staff protection. Overall, I will visit again.
This Dunkin Donuts got a new face lift . But the staff is the same , they act like they don’t understand and just remain mute . Always check your bag before you leave . My order is WRONG 60% of the time & the manager lady always has to correct them on the SAME ISSUES instead of TRAINING THEM !
They sell stale food. The last time i went the bagels were completely hard and it’s not even the first time it’s happened. they’re also very rude and unsanitary. they use the same gloves when taking money and making food.
