Was an issue placing an order on the mobile dunkin app, the app had malfunction with placing the order, but still took money out of my bank account. So therefore, I went to Dunkin trying to still get the order since the money was taken out my account. The manger Radem handle the situation very poorly by not understanding and communicating Professionally on the situation. The staff here is nice, they gave us a bag of donuts for free! The coffee is fresh, sandwiches are hot, and place is clean. The service is quick too!
Everyday I order my coffee on the mobile app but this time I wanted to go inside to order my coffee. So I paid for my coffee and I ask for a receipt. The cashier had an attitude and hand me my receipt barley in my hand. At first I was going to say something but I let it go because I was tired and did not feel like arguing.
