I had to have my drink remade multiple times when there’s a photo of it on their menu. The first time they did regular cold foam instead of the strawberry cold foam and the second time they started making a strawberry daydream instead of the strawberry mango daydream. it’s 4 ingredients ice, mango concentrate, oatmilk and strawberry cold foam. The fact that i had to micromanage the staff at a Dunkin’ I don’t even work at just to get my order made correctly is absolutely ridiculous.
I orderd 2 dozen donuts for the office and a bagel with cream cheese for myself. The donuts were stale and hard. I received the comments from my co-workers. In which I was truly embarrassed!! The bagle I couldn't even bite into it because it was so hard! SHAME ON THE MANAGER WHO RUNS THAT LOCATION!!
Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was burnt, not toasted. Could barely take a bite. Took me 15 min to get this bagel. Asked for them to redo & I'm told it'll be a while because they're swamped with morning mobile orders. The pictures speak for themselves.....try biting into that!
