My sister and I love our ice carmel latte but somehow like the staff was upset this afternoon. Our lattes were so bitter, ain't no carmel in this cup but we were hustling to beat the traffic so we didn't had time to come back inside to have it rectify but my thing is the first time around should have been perfect cos the mixer knows the exact amount ro the blend ... the upsides my sister's own was to her liking but mine nasty dunkin

After a little over 10 years of coming to this place maybe more, i've begun to visit less and less. The staff in addition to being reduced are terribly unprofessional (mostly at night) and they rarely ever have a variety of donuts and muffins to choose from. Good customer service is lacking these days it seems. Too bad that Mike's Diner is closed just across the street because, this store in no way makes up for quality pastry, food or anything else besides coffee. Their ice cream is over pri
