on Sunday 05/17 around 2 PM. The kiosk was not working, and the employee was extremely rude to customers. I also felt discriminated against because of my skin tone. Customer service and respect matter. Please train your staff better. Racism and discriminatory behavior are serious issues and should never be tolerated
I went there to get ice cream on a hot day like today, i paid for a cone with 2 scoops and a cup with 2 scoops. After waiting for a while we get our ice cream and they tell us that there’s only 1 scoop cones left. We said okay, but then they proceeded to only give us only 1 cone even though i paid for 2 scoops. And when i got the cup scoops. The ice cream tasted like it’s been left there to melt then refreeze and tasted absolutely horrible. Definitely not worth the wait and price for the ice cre
This location has ample seating, is a decent size n very clean. Mobile pick up is ready 95% of the time... its hot & fresh. But service here is hit n miss.... some staff are friendly n nice others are cold & stand offish. All in all... I'm happy going here i just wish service here was more welcoming.
