I am a very unhappy patron. The employees are brain dead. They do not listen or pay attention. I am a regular customer and EVERY week they make a mistake with my order. It is not right to pay for food and drink items that I do not receive or do not want. Today the staff forgot to include the hash browns with my breakfast order. I have been going here for over 15 years or more I saw the changing of the staff and now renovation. My food now taste like steam and I go to Deli next door but even the new staff gets my order with things left out but otherwise I truly like going here.
This Dunkin’ is a mess. I literally get the same coffee every time, and they still find a way to mess it up. I even ordered in person and clearly asked for two butter pecan shots nothing crazy. Whatever they gave me was ridiculously sweet, like pure sugar, so it went straight in the trash. Then I noticed brown sugar on the receipt too… like why?? They clearly mixed stuff I didn’t ask for. Just awful!
