they got my pickup order completely wrong and the hashbrowns were nasty. I did a mobile pickup for about 8:15am on a thursday so I can acknowledge they’re busy, but due to dietary restrictions I can’t even eat what they gave me.
The manager is shady. Instead of honoring the promotional deal that Dunkin promoted of buying a drink to get the Knicks tote, they made people buy 25 munchkins or 6 donuts. There's another Dunkin on Columbus, just go there!
Very disrespectful staff. They let you wait even if there is no people ahead. In many occasions they were hiding in the back and being too lazy to take orders, especially the lady and old man.
