First time giving this location a try. Not so great. My food was wrong. My coffee was wrong. The only thing right, they full filled my order quickly (probably bc they made it however they wanted) It wasnt crazy busy. Regular morning flow def not a crazy rush. This is a WALK UP window location. Mobile orders are INSIDE on their shelf by one of the windows. See photos. No cheese in my egg&cheese croissant. There was no flavoring added to my iced coffee, even though i ordered sugar free-vani
I'm in love this place. Genius! A Dunkin' D with a fully vegan menu. They quickly made my order and explained everything was vegan. Love it!
You guys NEED to hire another associate.. this space doesn’t work with 2 employees. It’s extremely disorganized. Mobile orders sit on the counter behind a closed window and we sit there looking at our names waiting for someone to have the bandwidth to get it for us. This renovation makes so much sense for the space, but yall gotta hire another team member or 2.
