I was ignored when I arrived and said hi, they ignored the noise from my order printing and then went on to take another customers order. They first made that order and then took care of me. I didn’t see all the bad reviews before coming in. They’re not wrong
I came in for blueberry muffin and a decaf coffee, the woman was not paying attention she gave me a different donut and my decaf coffee she put something on top i don’t know what this is, but looks like expired milk and I have documented this for your review, I will have to report this
Not exactly the best dunkin I’ve been to. My drink was watery and thus barely tasted of coffee. The cappuccinos we had ordered were good tho. They kept messing the order up at the register so we eventually gave up and just went with it. I don’t think the cashier understood us very well, which definitely is a problem when you’re working with customer service. OK-place.
