They got rid of the chairs and tables that used to be there, they move super slow and are constantly prioritizing their phone calls. One of the ladies gave me an attitude when she put whipped cream instead of cold foam; there's a clear difference in consistency and I pointed it out to her. She was super rude about it too but had time to giggle over the phone about the situation. I love a good matcha latte, but not from this specific location.
The lady at the register doesn’t pay attention please get someone competent up there! I scanned a coupon she didn’t even register it which was the purpose of me even coming in here to get donuts for my kids! The drinks are a scam mostly ice and tons of whipped cream. This was supposed to be a jelly and cream cheese bagel as you can see it’s MAINLY A CLUMP OF CREAM CHEESE. y’all are getting too expensive to be playing with peoples food.
